A charming detached holiday cottage ideal for 2-4 people, with lovely garden views and only a 5 minute drive to Josselin.

The property dates back to the 18th century. and has been fully renovated recently to offer modern comforts yet retaining its characterful features of stone walls and wooden beams.

The property has a fully fitted kitchen, groundfloor bathroom with shower, lounge, a double bedroom with characterful beams and a twin bedroom. 

The patio doors lead to a gravelled terrace with sofa and chairs for you to sit and enjoy the gardens and also a table and chairs for alfresco dining. There is also a park for children to enjoy.

The newly built saltwater swimming pool (open from June to September and shared with one other gite) has recently had an addition of a decked sunterrace with loungers for you to enjoy. The views there are lovely and when we get the sunny weather you get sun all day long.

* The property dates back to the 1700's and has sloping ceilings and beams in the bedrooms, we think this adds charm, but something to be aware of if you are very tall.
